About Oska
Height: 6 Feet
Weight: 15 Stone
Favourite Food: Spaghetti Bolognese
Favourite Toys: Squeeky Toy (Bone) and People
He was always a lively and very loving dog.
And never let his slobber and hair loss get in the way of greeting every visitor with vigor.
If he really liked you, which he often would, he would come along side and cuddle his head into your body. With an Oska head cuddle.
If he was smaller, he would have been in your lap, but often forgot and would try anyway. If you were family, and sitting in his sofa.
He would talk if you were trying to tell him something, and he didn't understand, or visa versa. In short little woofs. But kept his big barks for new comers or around the pool. He had a love, hate, relationship with the water. And loved to be splashed and get into the fun, if anyone was messing around in the water.
He loved walking in the local park, but it became too dangerous. With bad owners
and untamed dogs. He might have been in Spain, in the coming years, if
he has been younger. And found a better place to live, for man and
beast.
Fireworks were his nemesis, and whilst he tried to like them, just one time left alone put him off. It's a shame he had to endure another week of Guy Fawkes, before his death. Especially in North London, where they appear powerless to stop the roaming kids setting them off into 2 and 3 in the morning. At least he was safe, unlike many others that live in the UK of today.
It's one thing he will not miss.
He, however, will be missed. And by many more people than many humans.
He was truly a remarkable animal and friend.

We may need a new one, just for stronger policing after midnight.
(if they ever get back the control necessary, to uphold it!)
